New Patients

At Toothville Family Dentistry, our team offers an inviting, well-maintained environment that all ages will enjoy spending time in. Our friendly staff is ready to welcome you! You can book just an examination, which takes 1-1.5 hours or combine it with a cleaning for a total of 2-2.5 hours.

Getting Started

Using the links below, the necessary paperwork for adults and children can be downloaded as PDFs and filled out at your convenience. When you arrive, you’ll be warmly greeted and offered coffee or water. If you haven’t filled out your new patient registration forms before you arrive, we’ll ask you to do so and get a copy of your insurance card.

Waiting times are kept to a minimum. We’ll promptly bring you back to the dental chair, where you’ll meet with Dr. El Gamal or Dr. Al-Gertani for your examination. This process includes digital X-rays and intraoral and extraoral pictures.

Together, we’ll review these images and create a treatment plan to help you achieve your dental goals. If applicable, you can have your cleaning completed as well, with our dental hygienist. You can then check out at the front desk, where we’ll discuss insurance coverage and costs with you. If you require more complex treatment in the future, our manager and treatment coordinator will discuss your payment options.

Direct Billing To Insurance

At Toothville Family Dentistry, we want to make every part of your experience as pleasant as possible. That’s why we provide direct billing service, so our patients don’t have to deal with the hassle of filing insurance claims. We will collect, directly from your insurance company, the portion of your treatment that is covered by your private insurance plan. As every insurance plan has differing levels of coverage, we may not be able to verify precise coverage levels for different services. Though we will endeavor to provide an estimate of your insurance coverage, knowing your plan’s coverage is ultimately your responsibility.

Emergency Care

If you’re contacting us because of a dental emergency, your appointment will focus on relieving the source of your pain. Then, if you choose, you can return for a full examination and cleaning at a later date.

We accept insurance coverage and will bill the company directly. If you don’t have a dental plan, we’re happy to discuss whether your care is suitable for a payment plan. Contact our Symons Valley clinic today to book your time!
