Does Toothville Family Dentistry take all insurance policies?

Yes! Toothville Family Dentistry is pleased to accept all national plans, and we offer direct billing for most insurance companies.

Is Toothville Family Dentistry open evenings or weekends?

Yes! Toothville Family Dentistry is conveniently open until 7:00 pm on most days, and some Saturdays and Sundays. Please see below for our full clinic hours.

Monday: 9:00 am – 5:00 pm
Tuesday: 9:00 am – 7:00 pm
Wednesday: 9:00 am – 7:00 pm
Thursday: 9:00 am – 7:00 pm
Friday: 9:00 am – 4:00 pm
Saturday: 9:00 am – 4:30 pm (Selected Saturdays)
Sunday: 9:00 am – 3:00 pm (One Sunday a Month)

Does Toothville Family Dentistry offer any financing plans?

Yes! Toothville Family Dentistry is pleased to offer in-house financing. Please ask about our interest-free payment plan, for approved patients and qualified treatment, at your next visit.

I think I have a dental emergency. What should I do?

If you think you are having any kind of dental emergency at all, please call us right away at (587) 755-6688. We encourage you not to wait it out. We take calls 24/7, 365 days a year. We will respond to you ASAP, and do our best to see you right away.

Does Toothville Family Dentistry offer Sedation?

Yes! We understand that some patients are anxious about seeing a dentist. That is why we are pleased to offer sedation options to our patients, including nitrous oxide sedation, oral sedation, and IV sedation. Our dedicated dental team will determine which option is best suited for you and your needs.

Does Toothville Family Dentistry treat Kids?

Yes! Toothville Family Dentistry is pleased to treat patients of all ages, including kids! We have a very kid-friendly office, with a dedicated children’s play area (TEMPORARILY CLOSED DUE TO COVID), sedation services appropriate for children (like nitrous oxide, if needed), and a committed dental team with extensive experience dealing with our youngest patients.

What is your cancellation/rescheduling policy?

We have a strict 24-hour cancellation/rescheduling policy for all appointments. We understand that sometimes life happens and you have to reschedule. Please try to give us ample warning, by calling us as soon as you know you can’t make an appointment. We offer a one-time courtesy for missed appointments, but we will have to enforce any missed fees if it happens repeatedly, and can sometimes require a deposit to book large treatments. This is to ensure that all of our patients have a chance to receive the dental care they need.
